Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days for a full refund. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
30-Day Return Window
ZwipKart offers a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received, with original accessories and packaging where possible.

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item
Marketplace Orders
For items sold by third-party Sellers, the same return rights apply. All returns are coordinated through ZwipKart — our Buyer Protection programme ensures your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us immediately. We will arrange free collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Every product sold by ZwipKart includes our comprehensive 12-month ZwipKart warranty as standard.

2. The Marketplace
ZwipKart operates as an online marketplace. Products may be sold by ZwipKart Ltd or by independent third-party Sellers. ZwipKart facilitates all transactions and provides Buyer Protection.
3. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or mispriced.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
5. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty or misdescribed goods can be rejected within 30 days for a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.
