How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select the product and condition you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal via Stripe.
Can I buy from multiple sellers in one order?
Yes! Your cart can contain items from different sellers. We process them as a single order for convenience, though items may ship separately depending on the seller.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay/Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us at support@zwipkart.com and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once shipped, you can request a return instead.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. Next-day delivery is available if you order by 3pm Monday-Thursday for an additional fee of £9.99.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £299. Orders under £299 have a small delivery charge calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking information in your account under "My Orders".
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
Yes, we deliver to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Remote areas may take an extra 1-2 working days.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as received. Simply go to My Account, find your order, and click "Request Return".
How do I request a return?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders", find the order, and click "Request Return". Select a reason and submit. You'll receive instructions within 48 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Contact us immediately at support@zwipkart.com. Faulty items are covered under our 12-month warranty. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

What warranty do ZwipKart products come with?
Every product sold on ZwipKart comes with a 12-month ZwipKart warranty as standard, regardless of condition grade. This covers manufacturing defects and functional failures.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes! We offer extended warranty options: 2-year coverage for £49 and 3-year coverage for £89. These can be purchased at checkout or within 30 days of your order.
What do the condition grades mean?
Brand New: Sealed, original packaging with all accessories.
Like New: Open-box or ex-display, cosmetically perfect.
Excellent: Minor cosmetic marks, fully functional.
Good Value: Visible cosmetic wear, fully functional. Best price.
What does Buyer Protection cover?

Selling on ZwipKart

How do I become a seller on ZwipKart?
Visit our Seller Registration page to apply. You'll need business details, ID verification, and bank details for payouts. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
What commission does ZwipKart take?
Our standard commission rate is 10% per sale. This can vary depending on product category and your seller tier. Commission is deducted automatically from each order.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. You can view your earnings breakdown and payout history in your Seller Dashboard.
Can I sell products not in the ZwipKart catalog?
Yes! You can submit a "Custom Listing Request" from your seller dashboard. Our team will review it within 48 hours and add it to the catalog if approved.

2. The Marketplace

ZwipKart operates as an online marketplace. Products may be sold by ZwipKart Ltd or by independent third-party Sellers. ZwipKart facilitates all transactions and provides Buyer Protection.

3. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or mispriced.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty or misdescribed goods can be rejected within 30 days for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.
