At ZwipKart, we are committed to getting your product to you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options.
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands may incur additional charges and require additional time. Please contact us before ordering if you are in one of these areas.
All orders are dispatched via our tracked courier service. You will receive a delivery confirmation via email and SMS with a tracking link once your order ships. Deliveries are typically made between 7am-6pm on your chosen day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact our customer service team for order updates.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights to return goods purchased through ZwipKart, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a partial or full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
In addition to your statutory rights, ZwipKart offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery as standard, extended to 30 days when you buy from a ZwipKart Assured shop. You may return any item for a full refund within the applicable period, provided it is returned in the condition in which it was received, with all original accessories and packaging where possible.
For online purchases, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting from the day you receive your goods. You can cancel for any reason within this period. Contact us at support@zwipkart.com to notify us of your cancellation.
For items sold by third-party Sellers through ZwipKart, the same return rights apply. Returns are coordinated through ZwipKart — you do not need to contact the Seller directly. If a Seller fails to process your return, ZwipKart’s Buyer Protection programme will ensure you receive your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately. We will arrange free collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. For faults developing after 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and if your seller offers their own warranty, please refer to the Warranty section below.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier). Standard delivery costs are refunded for cancellations within the cooling-off period; enhanced delivery costs (e.g. next-day) are not refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
ZwipKart Assured sellers are contractually required to provide a 1-year warranty on every device they sell, alongside a 30-day return window — look for the “Assured” badge on the listing. Sellers who are not ZwipKart Assured are not required to provide a warranty; where they choose to, its length and terms are stated on the product listing. ZwipKart is not itself the warranty provider — cover is provided by the seller — but we require and enforce the Assured 1-year warranty.
To make a claim under a seller’s warranty:
Regardless of any seller warranty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you may reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and thereafter you are entitled to a repair or replacement — and, if that fails, a partial or full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Brand New items may also carry the original manufacturer’s warranty in addition to any seller warranty. Where both apply, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for faults within their warranty period for the most efficient resolution.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZwipKart website (zwipkart.com) and any purchase of goods made through our platform. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
ZwipKart is operated by ZwipKart Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 593F Atlas Road, Harrow, HA9 0JH. Contact: support@zwipkart.com.
ZwipKart operates as an online marketplace. Products listed on the site may be sold directly by ZwipKart Ltd or by independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”) who list products through our platform. Where a product is sold by a Seller, this will be clearly indicated on the product listing. ZwipKart facilitates the transaction and processes payment on behalf of the Seller.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods. The contract between you and the seller is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, specifications, and features of products listed on ZwipKart. Products are graded by condition (Brand New, Pristine, Excellent, or Decent), and the condition grade is clearly stated on each listing.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@zwipkart.com within 14 days of delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement thereafter.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZwipKart Ltd’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of goods shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant goods. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For any queries regarding these Terms, please contact us at legal@zwipkart.com or write to ZwipKart Ltd, 593F Atlas Road, Harrow, HA9 0JH.
